A man has been indicted in the crash that killed a 68-year-old woman in June.
Angel Mejia is charged with murder, wanton endangerment and leaving the scene of a crash.
The Herald- Leader reports the lead investigator testified Meija’s blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.

Police say Meija clipped an SUV on Interstate 64, causing it to go off the road and roll several times. Wanda Beach of Somerset was killed.
According to police and witnesses, Mejia threw what appeared to be a beverage out of the window before running into the woods. Officers and K-9 units found him about an hour later hiding in a barn.
Meija goes back to court Aug. 22.
