An indictment has come down in a 2012 murder case.
Brandon Guy, 27, and Aaron Spencer, 24, have been indicted on murder, tampering with physical evidence and arson.
Investigators say Brandon Guy and Aaron Spencer torched Kenneth Payton’s home back on Oct. 21, 2012.

Officials say Payton was apparently a victim of assault prior to the fire.
According to the Winchester Sun, detectives testified that Payton’s long-time girlfriend, Pamela Cantor, told them that she and the three men were drinking inside the home and there was a fight that night.
Both Guy and Spencer are being held in the Clark County Detention Center.
