Two men charged in the murder of a Jessamine County businessman, faced a judge Friday, more than six years after his death.
David Peel and Otis Henson are charged with the death of Mark Dunn. They are also charged with arson and evidence tampering.
Both men were arrested Wednesday in connection with Dunn’s murder in May 2008. Dunn was found shot dead in his burning truck in a remote part of Jessamine County.

Dunn’s sister has always believed that the suspects would be brought to justice.
“I’ve always had faith. That’s all that’s kept me going, you know,” says Anna Long.
Along with some of Dunn’s family, Henson’s fiancée was at today’s arraignment. She didn’t want to talk on camera but she tells LEX 18 that he is a good man and she wants Henson out of jail as soon as possible.
