Deputies have charged five people in connection with the sexual assault of a 15-year-old boy at a house party in Christian County last weekend.
Deputies say the victim was incapacitated during the attack Sunday. Investigators say the attack was recorded and uploaded to Snapchat. Officials say the victim suffered life threatening injuries. He continues to battle an infection, along with injuries to his colon and bladder.

Deputies charged Sam Miller, 19, Dayton Jones, 20, Tyler Perry, 19, and two 17-year-old boys. Investigators say Miller, Jones and Perry participated in the attack. They face charges including sodomy, promoting a sexual performance by a minor, use of a minor in a sexual performance and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. Police say one 17-year-old also participated in the assault and was charged with sodomy. The second 17-year-old was charged with possession/viewing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor for possessing the video.
