Police say an elderly man was touching a 10-year-old girl inappropriately at a Shelby County Wal-Mart.
A Louisville TV station is reporting that 84-year-old Alexander Fisher was arrested after allegedly hugging and kissing a young girl that he didn’t know.

Police say the girl’s mother told Fisher to leave them alone, but says he found them again and touched the girl inappropriately. Officers say the girl’s father confronted Fisher outside the Wal-Mart, where Fisher allegedly had his pants unzipped.
Fisher was arrested and charged with sexual abuse.
