An alleged knife attack lands a northern Kentucky man in jail.
Police in Campbell County say Stanley Van Leer Op tried to stab his wife in their home. The couple’s 13-year-old son called the police to report the attack.

According to officers, both the mother and son were injured during the incident. Their conditions are unclear.
Van Leer Op has been charged with attempted murder and is being held in the Campbell County Jail.
