A man is in jail after police say he attempted to set fire to a Louisville police car.
Dylan Smither was charged with alcohol intoxication, attempted arson and disorderly conduct.

An officer says he saw Smither with a rolled up cardboard beer bottle holder, trying to light it with a ligther.
According to the arrest report, the cardboard was stuffed in the gas tank of the cruiser.
