Months after an animal was mauled at a county fair, two men have been indicted.
The Advocate Messenger reports Donald Pike and Brandon McQueary have been charged with animal cruelty.

Prosecutors say they were the main instigators when a caged raccoon was released in front of several coon dogs primed for a hunt. It happened in front of a large crowd of onlookers.
Witnesses say the dogs ripped the animal apart.
The incident caught the attention of animal rights groups across the country.
