Lexington Police are investigating a bank robbery that occurred at the Central Bank on Richmond Road. It happened around 4:00 p.m. Wednesday. The suspect has been identified as John M. Nation
Police say Nation walked into the bank, brandished a weapon and managed to get away with an undetermined amount of cash. He fled the scene in a White Toyota 4Runner. Police say prior to robbing the bank, the same man was involved in a theft at the Rite Aid pharmacy on Richmond Road.
