Police are investigating the disappearance of a 63-year-old Binghamton man.
David Tarby was last contacted at his Haendel Street apartment on Jan. 22, according to Binghamton police.
He is described as a 5-foot-11-inch white male weighing 200 pounds. A photo released by police shows him with dark, shoulder-length hair.

Tarby suffers from mental illness, including bi-polar disorder, according to police.
