The Frankfort woman accused of the murder of a man, faced a judge Monday.
Meisha Nichols faced a judge in Franklin County court and pleaded not guilty to charges of murder and evidence tampering in relation to the death of 66-year-old Thomas Ellison. Ellison was found dead in his apartment Friday night.

Nichols was arrested Sunday. Her bond was set at $500,000 for the murder.
A second man, Cameron Wright has been arrested in connection with the murder investigation.
