Four people have been arrested in Madison County as the result of an ongoing undercover investigation.
The Kentucky State Police have been conducting undercover transactions in Richmond over the past month, looking for items that were obtained illegally by three local Madison County businesses.

Police arrested Rangassami Rajaram of Richmond from the Quick Pick Shell Food Mart on Northgate Drive, Shashi C. Ahhikari, 43-years-old, and Laxman Khadka, 28-years-old of the Easy Stop & Shop Shell on Lexington Road and Binod Adhikari of the BP Gas Station on Lexington Road have all been charged with Engaging in Organized Crime.
Rajaram has also been charged with Know/Fraudulently Use ID Card of Elect Code for Benefits.
