A Louisville grand jury has indicted a man for shooting two brothers in a gun store’s parking lot. One of those men died from his injuries.
William Albright is charged with murder and first degree assault. Police say he shot two brothers outside his own business.

Witnesses say they saw Cameron and Kyle Pearson wrestling with a hand gun before both brothers were shot. Cameron died as a result of the shooting, Kyle was critically hurt, but is now recovering.
These charges come more than two months after the shooting.
A warrant has been issued for Albright’s arrest.
