Three people have been charged in connection to the robbery of a Papa John’s delivery driver during the fundraiser for Officer Ellis’ family.

On November 17, Papa John’s in Richmond was donating 100% of its profits made that day to the family of fallen Richmond Police Officer Daniel Ellis.

Richmond Police received a tip that led to the identity of the three suspects.

The evidence linking them to the crime was found at Taylor’s residence.

The three were charged with Robbery, second degree.

Taylor was lodged in the Madison County Detention Center and the two juveniles were lodged in the Fayette County Regional Juvenile Detention Center.

The driver is a volunteer firefighter from Frankfort.
