Police say the missing person investigation for Noel Alkaramla has gone into full force with Troy Police Detectives including the NYSP Aviation unit and FBI joining the investigation.
They say the Aviation unit will be seen throughout the city in an effort to look for any clues to Noel’s disappearance. Also, the FBI has been asked to assist in the investigation and will be in the city at various times.

This investigation continues to be of great importance to The Troy Police Department and they say they will collaborate with many agencies to find Noel. If anyone has any information regarding the disappearance of Noel, no matter how insignificant they may think it is, please call the Troy Police Department.
