Parents, staff and students at Jesse Clark Middle School are on high alert after a sixth grade boy claims he was almost abducted by a stranger.
Fayette County Schools have sent out a notice to Jesse Clark families asking them to be extra vigilant going to and from bus stops during the school day. Police say that a student claims that while waiting for the bus Tuesday morning someone grabbed him and tried to drag him away.

The alleged suspect was driving a red truck but police say they believe there is no connection to an attempted abduction involving a similar vehicle last year/ School officials and authorities are still investigating the boy’s claims.
