An employee of missing woman Crystal Rogers’ boyfriend has been indicted on 38 counts of perjury, according to WAVE-TV.
The Nelson County Sheriff’s Department says that Danny Singleton was indicted Wednesday by the Nelson County Grand Jury.
He is an employee of Brooks Houck, the boyfriend of missing Crystal Rogers.

The mother of five was reported missing on July 3 and her boyfriend was named a suspect in her disappearance on October 16.
The Sheriff’s Department told WAVE-TV that Singleton’s charges stemmed from a previous grand jury testimony in reference to Rogers’ disappearance.
