Police say that Clark County Constable Glenn Witt was arrested Wednesday for selling Oxycodone pills to a cooperative witness.
They say he sold the witness Oxycodone pills for $320. He was later pulled over by a deputy who says Witt was in possession of the money, his Constable badge and a handgun.
