Wrongful Death Six Suspects in Lee Co. Murder Indicted

The six people accused in the murders of two men in Lee County were all indicted Monday.

The suspects are Wesley T. Johnson, Anthony T. Taylor, Kasandra K. White, Kevin F. Kendall, Raigan D. Griffin, and Jay Shoemaker.

Taylor and White are indicted for the murder of James Robert Brown, Taylor is also indicted for the murder of Billy Roark and the attempted murder of Wesley Johnson. Johnson,White,Kendall, Griffin and Shoemaker were all indicted for complicity to murder for “acting with others” causing the death of Billy Roark. Kendall was indicted for complicity to murder in the death oh James Robert Brown. Taylor, White and Kendall were indicted by a grand jury for kidnapping James Robert Brown with intent to inflict bodily injury.Taylor and Kendall were both indited by the grand jury for tampering with physical evidence by concealing a gun.

The bodies of Billy Roark and James Robert Brown were found in Lee County. Police say they were killed in two separate incidents.
