Police in Frederick are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 21-year-old woman, the Frederick Police Department reports.
Police say Rosy Cung Lian Kil was reported missing around 5:30 p.m. Monday after she had left the 100 block of Rhode Island Ct. early in the morning and had not returned.

According to missing person’s report, Kil does not have a cell phone or any family or friends within the area.
