A west Michigan woman has been charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct involving her 4-year-old son.
The Muskegon Chronicle reported Friday that police learned of the incident after her husband found photos of his wife and the boy.
Oceana County sheriff’s Lt. Craig Mast says the photos also were sent to an acquaintance of the woman in Colorado.
Police responded Aug. 3 to a domestic violence complaint at the woman’s Shelby Township home, northwest of Grand Rapids. Mast says the woman’s husband told officers they had an altercation after he found the photos.

The woman is being held in the Oceana County Jail. The Associated Press is not releasing her name to protect the identity of the boy.
The boy and an older child have been removed from the home.
