Private Detective: Lexington Woman Arrested, Charged with Conspiracy to Commit Murder

An arrest has been made in a disturbing assault and robbery case and officials are still searching for three other individuals connected to the case.

According to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, 19-year-old Kendall Elliott turned herself in to authorities in connection to an incident that occurred in 2016.

Officials say Elliott, along with three other individuals, drove from Lexington to Somerset. Along the way, they picked up a man and took him to an isolated area in eastern Pulaski County along Coal Pit Road.

Investigators tell LEX 18 that the suspects beat the man with different objects, strangled him, robbed him of cash and his cell phone and left him in a field. The man did not have life-threatening injuries and he has since made a full recovery.

Investigators are also searching for three other individuals in the case but they are not yet releasing their names.

Elliott turned herself in to authorities Tuesday. She is facing charges of conspiracy to commit murder, robbery, assault and knowingly and willfully exploiting an adult.
