State Troopers in Burkesville have arrested someone in connection with a murder investigation.
60-year-old Daniel A. Blair, from Burkesville, was arrested overnight Thursday and was charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence.

Blair is accused of the death of Michael Taylor, 38. Police say Taylor died of an apparent gunshot wound. The investigation revealed that Blair had been a passenger with Taylor earlier in the evening which later led to his arrest.
An autopsy is scheduled for later today at the state medical examiner’s office. Blair was lodged in the Adair County jail.
