Private Detective: Man Faces Charges After Forcing His Way Into Woman’s Apartment

A man faces several charges after deputies say he forced his way into a woman’s apartment and hit her.

Deputies say that when they arrived at the Corbin Manor Apartments, they could hear a dispute between a man and woman. They say the victim was telling the offender to quit.

When the victim answered the door, deputies say that she had visible injuries to her face and was crying. They say the suspect, 24-year-old Ronnie McQueen, was hiding behind a door.

The sliding door was damaged.

McQueen was charged with criminal trespassing – third degree; burglary – second degree; unlawful imprisonment – second degree; assault – fourth degree – domestic violence; fleeing or evading police – second degree – on foot; criminal mischief – third degree; and disorderly conduct – second-degree.

He is in the Laurel County Detention Center.
