Pedophile Tracking Missoula, MT Man Arrested Again

A man who was arrested as part of 2013 child sex sting in Missoula is once again in trouble with the law.

Justin Gale Walker was arrested on Sunday, and has been charged with two counts of sexual intercourse without consent involving children.

Walker, 28, appeared via video in Helena Justice Court on Monday afternoon.

Investigators say that a babysitter of two children – ages seven and eight – contacted law enforcement officers regarding sex crimes allegedly perpetrated by Walker.

One of the children is alleged to have told the babysitter that over the past few months Walker would come into the child’s room and touch her sexually. The child’s sibling also said she’d been touched as well.

A preliminary hearing in the case has been set for July 18, and Walker’s bond has been set at $100,000.

Walker was one of several people arrested in December 2013 after allegedly trying to have a sex with a child via an Internet “sting” operation by the Montana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the Missoula Police Department, Missoula County Sheriff’s Department, and Flathead County Sheriff’s Department.

The sting operation was conducted by posting ads on the websites Craigslist and Backpage, acting as a woman who was willing to make a 12-year old female family member available for sexual encounters.

Wrongful Death Search for the Killers of Murdered Marine Continues

The family of a Marine murdered in cold blood prepared to lay him to rest Tuesday night, while the search for his killers continued.

On Tuesday hundreds of people went to the Woodford Community Christian Church for Lance Corporal Jonathan Price’s visitation.

To say goodbye was painful enough, however on Tuesday as the church filled with people, each heart filled with sadness.

“It’s heart wrenching,” said Michael Cummings. He is a family friend and worked with Jonathan’s mother. He explained just how hard the day was. “There are no words that can describe how sad this is,” said Cummings.

http://liarcatchers.com/wrongful_death.html

Jonathan Price was a Marine, a son and a husband. He was a man loved so dearly, it’s hard for friends and family to fathom how his life was so viciously taken.

“A horrendous act. It’s a senseless act of violence that has affected so many lives,” said Cummings.

Jonathan was killed early Saturday morning when he and his wife, Megan, were leaving the Austin City Saloon in Lexington. Police said two men tried to rob the couple, then Jonathan was shot in the back and Megan was shot in the leg.

The crime was whirlwind of horror that’s still sinking in for friends and family. However, emotions of shock and anger were set aside Tuesday. The visitation wasn’t about how Jonathan died, but instead how he lived.

Cummings said he remembers Jonathan by his mother’s description. “He was her life and the way that I often think of him is through her description of how sweet and caring an individual he was. How he cared for his country and how he wanted so bad to be a Marine,” said Cummings.

Friends said Jonathan was a man of great integrity who encompassed the good in this world. On Tuesday that was clear by the procession of veterans on motorcycles in his honor and the hundreds of people there for this hero.

“I think this is just a reflection of the life that he lived, the community that he grew up in, the type of person that he was. That the community would come and show their support of him and his family,” said Cummings.

An additional visitation for Jonathan will be held Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Campbellsville at the Parrott and Ramsey Funeral Home. Jonathan’s funeral will follow starting at 1:00 p.m.

Fraud Investigation Lexington Police Warn of Home Improvement Scams

Lexington Police is warning citizens to be aware of home improvement scams recently being reported that appear to target mostly senior citizens.

The Financial Crimes Unit says scammers may show up unsolicited claiming the home needs repair for damage the owner has never noticed. They may offer work on roofs, gutters, chimneys and driveways, officials said. They may offer a “special deal” citing they have material left over from another job.

http://liarcatchers.com/fraud_investigation.html

Police urges residents to never agree to have work done on the spot, and before agreeing to have any work done at their homes, to get at least two written estimates from reputable contractors that include specific information about the materials and services provided for the job and check references by contacting the Better Business Bureau, local licensing authorities, previous customers, banks and suppliers.

In addition, police say residents should be able to negotiate a payment schedule tied to the completion of the job, never pay until the job is done and never pay with cash, but instead use a check or credit card.

Private Detective, Two Arrested, One On The Lose After Shooting in Danville

Danville Police arrested two men and are still looking for another man after a shooting incident in Danville Tuesday morning.

Police responded to an apartment complex on Madison Avenue around 7:47 a.m., where witnesses say two men shot at another who was standing near the front door of an apartment.

http://liarcatchers.com/contact.php

Police say two men arrived in a dark blue four-door sedan and started shooting at Jeffrey Hackle, who was by the door of an apartment where there were five people inside including three children under the age of 6.

No one in the apartment was hurt.

Hackle was able to flee the scene and was later found at the McDowell Home Health Agency where he went in seeking treatment for an injury to his left leg. Hackle was transported to Ephriam McDowell for the injury that, police say, does not appear to be a gunshot related injury. Hackle may have injured himself as he was fleeing the scene, police said.

After being treated and released from the hospital, Hackle was arrested on a domestic violence bench warrant out of Boyle County.

Police were able to find one shooting suspect walking east on Madison Avenue near Daniel Drive who witnesses said was a passenger in the vehicle and was one of the men shooting at the apartment.

Bryan Anthony Douglas, 29, was taken into custody and charged with five counts of wanton endangerment and is being held in the Boyle County jail.

Several shell casings were found on the ground in front of an apartment. The tenant of the apartment next door appeared to have a bullet damage the bumper of her vehicle during the altercation, police said.

More charges may be following as the investigation continues, police said.

Police are still looking for another suspect who was described as a black man with short hair, about 5-6 to 5-10 wearing dark pants and a dark shirt who was the driver of the vehicle that also was seen shooting.
