The Camden County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a 15-year-old girl who was reported missing Friday night.

According to the department, Sabrina Boggs was reported missing from her home in North Camden on the unit block of State Street on Friday night.

The girl has been known to run away from home, according to police, and has been located on the 500 block of State Street in a previous runaway attempt.

Boggs, a black female, is described as 5 feet, 4 inches, 183 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black jeans, a grey hoodie and black sneakers.

Anyone with information as to her whereabouts is asked to call the Camden County Police Department’s tip line at 856-757-7042.

Foul play is suspected in the death of woman whose body was found this weekend near Churchill Downs.

Louisville Police said the body of Angela Pilkerton, 53, was discovered Saturday morning, a few blocks from the track.

Investigators said an autopsy confirmed the belief of foul play.

No cause of death has been released. No arrests have been made.

Police continue to search for the man they say robbed a Winchester Hampton Inn overnight.

According to police, the man entered the hotel around one this morning asking for a room. He then showed a gun and demanded money.

The man is described as a white male around six feet tall, wearing a blue hoodie. He managed to get away with an unknown amount of money.

The Bourbon County Coroner has released the name of a man killed early Saturday morning when his car drove through a plank fence.

Miguel Apariciovazquez, 24, died in the crash on Bethlehem Road in Paris.

Paris Police said Apariciovazquez was driving around a curve, when he wound up overcorrecting, and plowed through the fence.

“We’ve had several accidents here in the past 12 years, 12 plus years, some fatalities, some accidents, some requiring hospital attention,” said Matthew Hewitt who lives near the crash site.

Investigators are still trying to determine what led to the deadly crash.

It’s been four years since the murder of three young men in Clark County.

Now, on the anniversary of their deaths, the families of those victims are still hoping for answers.

“It’s like he’s still here with me but he can’t talk to me,” she said. “Kind of brings me a closeness to him and I talk to him about everything that’s going on.”

Clayton was among three young men gunned down in a Winchester home.

“It would really be nice if…to all of us and to all three families if somebody could grow a conscience,” Gay said.

Gay said she stays in touch with state police investigators and knows they’re doing all they can to break the case.

“I feel like after four years something should come out,” she said.

Clayton left behind a wife and a young daughter, who is now 5 years old.

The investigation into the deaths of Edge, Robbie Reese and Dustin Browning continues.

The three families are hosting a candlelight remembrance service Saturday night at 6 p.m. outside the Clark County Courthouse.

Police today sought the public’s help in locating an 86-year-old woman suffering from memory loss and who was last seen Tuesday.

Irina Gitelma speaks only Russian, and was last seen about 7 a.m. Tuesday at her home in the 5800 block of San Vicente Boulevard, according to a department statement.

Gitelma was described as white female weighing about 125 pounds with blond hair and brown eyes. She may be wearing a dark blue, hooded velvet jacket with dark pants and white tennis shoes.

LAPD Missing Person detectives asked anyone with any information regarding Gitelma’s whereabouts to call them at (213) 996-1800.

Two people are behind bars in Jessamine County following a prescription drug bust.

Robert Fox and Lacey Dewitt were arrested on Mobile Court in Nicholasville.

Officers said they found two people carrying over $2,500 prescription pills and some liquid medication with a street value close to $30,000.

Police said when they arrested Fox and Dewitt, the pair was also carrying more than $3,400 in cash.

A scam is popping up that’s targeting homeowners and home buyers. Millions of houses are listed on the Internet for sale and for rent…but did you know some of them aren’t supposed to be on the market?

Margaret Spratt and her husband had no idea their restored historic Georgetown home was for rent!

“I was quite surprised because our house is not for rent, we put it up for sale on Monday, but other than that. It was very odd,” Spratt told LEX18.

The home is listed for $335,000 to buy. But, according to the listing: on www.trulia.com you can rent the 3 bedroom home for $700 a month. Her husband’s name was on the add, but when LEX18 called the number they on the ad: her husband’s name. but when we called the number…we received a Google Voice recording.

LEX18 was tipped off by Chris Powell, who inquired about renting the house.

“I got an email back claiming to be the owner of the property saying they were a doctor and moving to west Africa for a 2-5 year stint,” Powell says. “Toward the end they started to ask questions about how much money are you willing to pay upfront, so that’s when i knew something was up.”

Margaret and her husband aren’t sure what can be done. But, it serves as a strong warning…if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Louisville Metro Police say they arrested a 29-year-old man after he was found with a 13-year-old girl who had been reported missing in Greene County.

Police say they received a tip that Howard Estes had taken the girl to the Louisville area — specifically a residence on Deveron Dr., near the intersection of Farnsley Rd. and Fern Lea Rd. When officers contacted Estes at that location, they allegedly found the missing girl with him.

Police say the girl was “extremely intoxicated” and told police that Estes had given her the alcohol. She was taken to Kosair Children’s Hospital for treatment and observation.

The girl’s father allegedly told police that Estes did not have permission to take his daughter.

Estes was arrested and charged with custodial interference and engaging in an unlawful transaction with a minor.
