Police need help to find a missing person from the Shinnecock Indian Reservation on Long Island.

Jerry Plumber, 55, of the Shinnecock Indian Reservation in Southampton, was last seen Feb. 2 on the Shinnecock Indian Reservation near Church Street.

Plumber needs daily medication and may be in need of medical attention. He is 5’10”, weighs about 180 lbs and has brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black leather jacket.

Kentucky State Police is asking for the public’s help in locating a man they say is a non-compliant sex offender.

Police are looking for James Kevin Coulton, 46, of Middlesboro, Ky., after police say he failed to comply with the sex offender registry requirements.

Police say Coulton was first made non-compliant during 2012 after failing to verify his address in Bell County. Once a warrant was issued for his arrest, he fled the state, according to police.

Several months later Coulton was found in California, where he also had failed to register as a sex offender, and extradited to Kentucky to face charges for failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements.

Coulton’s charges were diverted in 2013 by the Bell County Circuit Court for two years with the understanding that he would comply with the sex offender registry requirements, police said. As of today, however, police say Coulton still has not provided his address or other required information to the Kentucky State Police sex offender registry.

Coulton is described as a 5’8″ white male with brown hair and green eyes, weighing about 180 lbs.

A grand jury has indicted three people for an alleged drug deal that turned deadly in Lexington last year.

Lazeric Givens and Darryl Stewart are charged with killing 26-year-old Jared Taylor in May of 2013 after a drug deal that went wrong. Latasha Parks was also indicted for complicity to murder.

Police say several people tied up Taylor with duct tape and shot him when he broke free and tried to run. A neighbor later found Taylor’s body on a front porch along Carver Avenue.

All three were indicted on evidence tampering charges. They have already entered a not guilty plea to the charges they are facing.

Christopher Kane Fisher has been missing from Chino Valley since February 19, 2014. Christopher left his residence on the morning of February 19th and was seen by a clerk at Little Caesars Pizza in Chino Valley that day. He left the Little Caesar’s Pizza, 900 S. Hwy 89, and headed north on foot along Hwy 89. Christopher has not been seen or heard from since then.

It has been reported to police during this investigation that Christopher has been depressed, shown a decline in mental acuity and has had a change of behavior. Family reports the mental capabilities of Christopher resemble that of a 12-15 year old.

Kentucky State Police have made an arrest on a cold case murder from March 2003 in Carlisle.

Shawn L. Fryman, 36, was arrested in connection to the murder of David Sadler, who was found dead inside his home from a single gunshot wound to the head on March 31, 2003.

Police said they received information that led to the arrest of Fryman. He was taken into custody at his current home in Harrison County without incident.

Fryman has been charged with murder and is being held at the Bourbon County Detention Center.

The search continues for a missing Orlando woman who was last seen Feb. 9.

Carline Brumaire, 39, was last seen leaving her job at the Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando.

Her husband, Enel, said his wife would never leave her 7-year-old son on purpose, but he hasn’t seen or heard from her in more than two weeks.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said the missing person case is still under investigation. Deputies would not say if they thought Jean was in danger, but her husband said English is his wife’s second language, and the day she was last seen was only her third time driving to work by herself.

Deputies said they do know Jean made it to her housekeeping job at Royal Pacific Resort on Feb. 9. Brumaire said there was surveillance video of her car leaving the hotel at 4:21 p.m. that afternoon, but no one has seen or heard from her since.

Carline Brumaire Jean was last seen driving a red Toyota Camry with Florida license plate 158-PYF. She has black hair and brown eyes, is about 5 feet, 2 inches tall, and weighs about 145 pounds.

Los Angeles police are seeking the public’s assistance in finding a 91-year-old man with dementia who went missing in Lynwood.

Essex Harris was last seen leaving his residence in the 3100 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard on Monday.

Harris was described as black, 6 feet 3 inches tall, 174 pounds, with short gray hair, brown eyes and missing teeth. He was wearing a blue jacket and dark blue pants.

The body of a Colorado Springs man who went missing earlier this month was found Tuesday morning.

Grant Michael Frazier, 61, disappeared on Feb. 16 along with his his 2009 white Mitsubishi Galant, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department.

Police said they found Frazier’s body Tuesday in Newton, Iowa. His vehicle was also located.

The cause and manner of Frazier’s death will be released after an autopsy is conducted, CSPD added.

Frazier was last seen with 21-year-old Bionca Rogers, who police called a person of interest in this case.

Rogers was described as a black female, 5-foot-6, 125 pounds and having black hair and brown eyes.

Detectives said they are continuing to investigate this case, and are now working with law enforcement agencies in Iowa.

The Chattanooga Police Department’s Missing Person Unit is in need of help locating a missing teenager.

Naomi Bunton, 13, was reported missing on Monday. She was last seen leaving her home between 3-4 p.m., and got into a blue or green four-door vehicle. It is possible that she is in the Collegedale, Harrison or Hamilton County area.

Police said the two people that were possibly with Naomi Bunton – Dakota Garman and Branden Murphy – both returned home today. However, Naomi Bunton has not at this time been located.
