The Johnson County Sheriff Office has posted a release asking for the public’s help in trying to locate run away/missing person Rebecca Lynn Rogers (pictured right). Rebecca is 14 years old white female 5’4″ 100 lbs medium length brown hair ( possibly now dyed blond ). She was last seen wearing camo overalls, purple T-shirt and jeans. Rebecca is missing from her home in Oark Arkansas last seen at 7:00 pm Jan 26, 2014.

Rebecca is believed to be in company of Randall Wyers (pictured left), 36 years old white male, brown hair, may or may not have facial hair. Randall is a resident of Franklin County and maybe driving a 1986 white Ford dually with Arkansas license plate 304 TIX. Tonya “Miller” Stapleton, 30, of Inez, Ky., was last seen in the Johnson Bottom community of Martin County on Jan. 19, around 8:00 a.m.

Stapleton is described as 5′ 2″ tall, 115 lbs, brown shoulder length hair, and green eyes.

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the report of a missing person.  Emily Ann Church was reported missing on January 23, 2014.  She has been missing since January 17, 2014. Emily Ann Church (see attached photo)

is described as an 18 year old white female.  Emily Ann Church was last seen by a family member at the Old Country Store on January 17, 2014.  The Henry County Sheriff’s Office currently has outstanding warrants for the arrest of Church for misdemeanor possession of marijuana (2 counts), misdemeanor possession of controlled substance (2 counts) and felony possession of dangerous drugs (1 count).

Kevin Allen Hagen (see attached photo) who is an associate of hers.  The Henry County Sheriff’s Office currently has an outstanding warrant for the arrest of Hagen for misdemeanor contempt of court.

The Crime Stoppers program offers reward money up to the amount of $1000 for information related to crimes. The nature of the crime and the substance of the information provided will determine the amount of reward paid for information.

Kentucky State Police arrested Charles Harrington, 49, of Tollesboro, Ky, Monday around 4:44 p.m. on charges related to possession and distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.

Harrington was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch and Homeland Security Investigations began the investigation after discovering the suspect sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.

The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at Harrington’s home on Monday. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was found and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.

Harrington is currently charged with multiple counts of possession and distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. He is being held in the Lewis County Detention Center.
