Missing Person Nathaniel Tallman of Lafayette, CO Still Missing

Nearly a week after he was last seen, the family of Nathaniel Tallman said they still have not been able to locate the 25-year-old Lafayette man.

Tallman was last seen at about 6 p.m. Jan. 21 behind the wheel of his black 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer Rally near the intersection of Empire Road and U.S. 287 in Lafayette, according to friends.

He was on his way to Longmont but has not been seen or heard from since.

Tallman’s father contacted Lafayette police Thursday to say he had not heard from his son, which was highly unusual. The department has entered Tallman into its system as a missing person and advised other state law enforcement agencies to be on the lookout for Tallman and his car, which has temporary license plates.

But after a weekend of searching for him, Tallman’s family said Monday morning they there still is no sign of where he might have gone.

“Nothing,” said Silvia Montz, Tallman’s aunt. “We’ve been passing out fliers in Longmont and Lyons, but so far nothing has turned up.”

Tallman is described as white with brown hair and hazel eyes, standing about 5-foot, 10-inches tall. He was last seen wearing black sweat pants with a white stripe down the side and a white North Face jacket.

Friends and family told police they do not believe Tallman intentionally ran away or took his own life.

Anyone with information about Tallman is urged to contact Lafayette police at 303-665-5571 or through Boulder County emergency dispatch at 303-441-4444. Information may also be provided to his friend Zalyn Lee by emailing TheDGAFLifer@gmail.com.

Private Detective Officials Search for Three Men in Pulaski County Home Invasion

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office is looking for three men who broke into a home and stole money and several items, including two handguns in northern Pulaski County.

Deputies say they were called out to a home on Glade Fork Road in the Goochtown community of northern Pulaski County around 9:25 a.m. Monday. They say three suspects forced their way into the home armed with a knife and bat.

Once inside, the suspects fought with one of the residents, 26-year-old Daniel Lang, who pulled a handgun on the men. During the struggle with the intruders, the handgun discharged into a wall, but did not hit anyone. The suspects overpowered Lang and took the weapon from him.

The victim was also able to pull the mask off the face of one of the suspects and recognized him.

Another person in the home, 23-year-old Ashley Vanhook, ran to a neighbor’s home to ask for help. The neighbor got a shotgun and went outside to confront the suspects.

As the suspects were fleeing the home, the neighbor engaged them and the suspects pointed the stolen handgun at him. The neighbor fired in the direction of the suspects but it is not known if any of the suspects were injured.

Lang received only minor injuries in the robbery and did not require medical attention.

The suspects stole cash, jewelry, and two guns from the victim’s home. They were seen leaving the area in an older model white car, possibly a Ford Thunderbird or similar type vehicle.

The victim recognized one of the suspects as Gregory W. Scott, a 36-year-old from Crab Orchard. The other two suspects have not been identified.

Investigators are in the process of obtaining an arrest warrant for Gregory Scott, they said. Anyone with information about Scott’s location or the identity of the remaining suspects is asked to contact the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office.

How do I know if I am being followed?

Liar Catchers is often asked…. How do I know if I am being followed. Our surveillance team has these tips ( assuming you don’t hire us to do this for you ).

Park at a larger populated area parking lot and go into a retail establishment. Call a friend. Ask the friend to go to a drive by of where you are parked and see if anyone is “in a vehicle” close to it. Ask them to park away and at a high elevation point where they can see you enter your car and watch closely. Then get into your vehicle and go to another location ” smaller” and park and go in.

http://liarcatchers.com/electronic_surveillance.html

Ask your friend to watch and see if anyone else is in close pursuit. Then as you park at your new location, ask them to watch for anyone parking in same area and remaining in the vehicle. Get license plate number “or picture” of who that may be. If they are not a licensed private investigator, they could be guilty of stalking.
