Visalia police is asking for help in locating Rudy Renteria, who was reported missing Wednesday afternoon.
Renteria, 31, is 5-foot-4 and 170 lbs. with brown eyes and short, black hair. He goes by the nickname of “Nicos.”
When last seen in the 800 block of West Oak Avenue, Renteria was wearing a dark gray shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
Police said Renteria is considered an “at risk” missing person. He has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and is mentally delayed, according to police.
