Soul and David Stovall waived a bond hearing and will be held pending review by a federal grand jury. Luevoria Stovall will appear Monday for a bond hearing. She and the other two remain in custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.

According to a complaint filed in U.S. District Court on Tuesday, Soul had gotten off a train in Galesburg Saturday and approached a police officer to ask where to catch a cab to Davenport.

Soul then agreed to talk to the officers and to allow a drug dog to sniff his bag, causing the dog to bark, indicating drugs. Inside the bag, was about 516 grams of heroin, according to court records.

Soul then allegedly admitted to transporting the drugs from California to Illinois. Working with police, he allegedly called David Stovall to come pick him up. When David Stovall arrived, he was arrested along with Luevoria Stovall.

All three face up to 40 years in prison if convicted.
