Police have released a digital image showing the facial appearance of an unidentified male homicide victim with the hope someone might help identify him.
Partial remains of the man were discovered May 30 in a city sewer in the 2100 block of N. 40th St., south of W. North Ave.

Anyone who knows someone similar in appearance to the digital enhancement of the man, or knows of a missing person not yet reported, is asked to call the Police Cold Case Hotline at (414) 935-1212.
The post-mortem enhancement was created with the assistance of the FBI to show what the victim may have looked like, police said.
Investigators from the homicide unit have attempted to identify the victim by conducting an extensive neighborhood canvass. Detectives have reviewed reports of missing persons, along with state and national databases, and checked fingerprint records.
Investigators developed a full DNA profile of the victim that was entered into a national DNA database of missing persons.
He is thought to be as a black male between the age of 18 and 80 years old, police said.
