(From WFAA) MESQUITE — Police are asking for assistance in the search for a 78-year-old missing woman. Earlier Friday, family members reported Bobbie Cunningham as a missing person. She recently returned to Mesquite from Louisiana.

Cunningham was last seen in a gold 2008 Nissan Rogue SUV with the license plate HLB-481 at about 3 a.m. in southeast Mesquite. She resides in north Mesquite. Cunningham is a black female, 5’5” tall and weighs 140lbs. She has black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing dark pants, white shoes, white long-sleeved shirt, large glasses and carrying a large black purse.
