GARDEN CITY, Idaho (AP) — A 21-year-old Garden City woman has been taken into custody after police say they found the body of a missing man under her home.
Police say Jordan Marie Shaver was taken into custody Friday on an unrelated felony warrant for failure to appear. Police say that after interviewing Shaver they decided to keep her in custody on suspicion of second-degree murder.

Police say they responded to a report of a missing 50-year-old man 4 p.m. Friday, eventually going to the 5100 block of Elaynea Lane in Garden City.
Officers say they learned Shaver fled the residence just before they arrived. She was located about an hour later near State and Glenwood streets and taken into custody.
The Ada County Coroner’s office says it’s working to positively identify the man’s body.
