LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – Little Rock Police have released a missing person’s report.
Officers said Charles David Hall, 21, of Little Rock, was last seen on Nov. 4 around 11 p.m. near the Shell Gas Station on the intersection of Shackleford Drive and Bowman Road.

According to police, surveillance video from the gas station showed Hall with three other white or Latino males wearing white T-shirts speaking to each other before Hall got into a small, tan or gold four-door vehicle with them. The vehicle left southbound on Shackleford Drive.
Police said Hall has not been seen or heard from since.
