Lexington Police are investigating a deadly crash that officers say happened late Thursday afternoon at Greendale Road and Buck Lane.

According to police, a pick-up driver rear-ended a car, sending it into a FedEx semi. The driver of the pick-up then tried to flee the scene before causing a second head-on crash about 100-yards away. Police said the driver was pronounced dead at University Of Kentucky Hospital.
