Red Bluff Police say 55-year-old Robert Lee Folsom of Manton was reported as a missing person by his son on Sunday afternoon.
Police say Robert’s son Tyjal Folsom found his father’s car and dog in the parking lot of Casa Ramos Restaurant in Red Bluff Saturday at 9 p.m. He was unable to find his father, and tried searching for him again on Sunday. When Tyjal was unable to find his father he contacted the police for assistance.

On Sunday evening, the Red Bluff Police Department and Red Bluff Fire Department searched the nearby area on foot, but were unable to find Robert. Police say Robert suffers from a medical condition and needs medication.
Robert is described as a white man with brown hair and blue eyes, 5’11” tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
