Frankfort police seized drugs worth around $67,000 after a traffic stop last week.
Police say an officer pulled over a car along Rolling Acres Drive back on Dec. 12. As he was investigating a traffic violation, the officer noticed a second car pass by several times. That car eventually stopped and the woman inside asked the officer about the traffic stop, saying the driver was her boyfriend.

Police say that as the investigation continued, officers searched both cars, along with a home shared by the couple. Police say they found 8,195 pill, more than seven pounds of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and cash.
Police arrested Christopher Mays, 33, and Brittany Hawkins, 24. Both face multiple drug related charges.
