Police say an officer pulled over a car after it ran a stop sign at the intersection of KY-312 and KY-363. The officer arrested Joshua Hays, 30, of Keavy after determining he was driving impaired. Investigators say the officer smelled a strong chemical odor as he was conducting the traffic stop. He searched and found a meth lab, along with chemicals and materials used to manufacture meth.
