San Jose, Calif The San Jose Police Department Missing Person’s Unit is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing male adult at-risk. The 53 year old male adult Hipolito Canseco lives at 1315 Vine Street and was last seen on Sunday March 3, 2013 at approximately 9:00 P.M. at his home. According to family, the missing person Hipolito Canseco sustained a head injury 10 years ago. As a result, his mental capacity is that of a 10 year old and he can only provide his name. Mr. Canseco speaks Spanish only. In addition, Mr. Canseco takes medication and has a history of seizures.

Mr. Canseco is described as a Hispanic male, 5’2″, 130 pounds, salt and pepper colored hair, black mustache and medium build. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, dark blue sweat pants and sandals.
