A Scott County man set to stand trial next week on two counts of murder has entered a surprise guilty plea in the case.
The plea from Jeffrey Bailey comes with a change in charges. According to the indictment, in June 2010 Bailey was under the influence of drugs when he slammed head-on into Brian Way’s pickup. The crash killed Way and his girlfriend, Anna Hamilton.
