A Louisville man was arrested for allegedly frightening a woman and other nearby people when he screamed “I am not a pedophile, I am a rapist” and inappropriately touched that woman.
According to police, Terrance Roach made those remarks at the Save-A-Lot on Portland Avenue in Louisville Tuesday evening. Police say he then followed a woman to a nearby liquor store and licked her on her neck before running from the scene.

The victim called police after Roach left the store and was able to give a detailed description of the man, which led to his arrest.
Roach is charged with Harassment and Disorderly Conduct.
