A man has been found guilty on 94 counts related to identity theft.
Officer Barbara Glass, an identity theft investigator with the Portland Police Bureau, said the verdict was handed down Wednesday afternoon.
Thomas Berndt Jr. was arrested in February 2012 at a home in the 900 block of Northeast 117th Avenue.
Officers from the Neighborhood Response Team served a search warrant after learning Berndt was responsible for breaking into gym lockers in January of that year.

Glass said Berndt would break into health clubs throughout Portland and Milwaukie. He would steal credit cards to make fraudulent purchases.
He will be sentenced on May 17, 2013.
