A Crouse man was arrested Monday after an investigation by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office found evidence linking him to sexual offenses with a child, a news release from the Sheriff’s Office said.
Neely Marvin Bigham, 31, of 240 Mel Lane, was charged with two felony counts of first-degree statutory sexual offense.

Bigham is accused of sexually assaulting a five-year-old female between December 2012 and February 2013. The Major Crimes Unit started investigating the case in late February after the victim’s family reported the incidents.
Bigham is in the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under a $200,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 3.
