A Glens Falls man is lodged in the Warren County Jail on charges of felony insurance fraud.
Michael R. Daniels 44, of West State St., Glens Falls, is accused of falsifying insurance application information with regards to an automobile policy valued at $80,000.
The insured vehicle was reported stolen in October, 2011 with the intent of defrauding the insurance company for the full policy amount, according to police. The vehicle that was reported stolen has been recovered by the Sheriff’s Office.

The investigation is ongoing, and other charges and arrests are pending, according to police.
Daniels was arraigned before the Town of Warrensburg Court and remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility for lack of $10,000 cash bail, $20,000 bond. 3-26-13
