Missing Person Wallet of Roseville, CA Woman Found in Parking Lot

The woman who found the wallet of a missing California woman in a shopping center parking lot came forward on Friday.

Susan Jacobson, 59, from Roseville, in Sacramento County left her home on Wednesday, May 1, to run errands and pick up groceries. She never returned and her car and wallet were found abandoned in a parking lot.

Wednesday night the Roseville Police found Susan’s car parked at Raley’s, the grocery story she usually shops at on Pleasant Grove Boulevard and Woodcreek Oaks Boulevard.

Then on Thursday, the Roseville Police were seeking the identity of a woman that found Jacobson’s wallet in the same Raley parking lot and returned it to a Starbucks on Wednesday, reported CBS Local news. The woman was identified on Friday, and wanted to remain anonymous but did state that she found the wallet with other papers.

“I just saw business cards and stuff all over the sidewalk, and then I realized there was a purple wallet there with it, so I bent down and first thing I saw was her driver’s license,” the woman told CBS Sacramento.

Detectives are asking for anyone who may have seen Jacobson during the past few days, or who has information that might help in finding her to call the Roseville police dispatch center at (916) 774-5000, ext. 1.
