A woman died in a head-on crash in Clay County Sunday afternoon.
Police say a Mustang driven by Patricia Lou Hyde, 43, of Gooserock, heading northbound along US-421 west of Manchester, crossed the center line and crashed into an oncoming Dodge Durango. EMS took Hyde to Manchester Memorial Hospital where she was later pronounced dead.

The driver of the SUV and a passenger were also taken to Manchester Memorial Hospital. Officials did not release any information on their conditions.
