The Clark County man accused of beating his roommate to death with a baseball bat has been found competent to stand trial.
Andrew Williamson will head back to court July 17. Williamson is charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence in the death of 54-year-old Joseph Jones. Police say the two got into a fight in September 2012 at a home on Winn Avenue.

Police say Williamson grabbed a bat and hit Jones in the head several times, killing him. They say Williamson then wrapped Jones’ body in a tarp and dragged him to his truck.
