Willis’ car was discovered on the city’s south side Thursday night.

Crime tape was put up at about 10:00 a.m. Friday at that apartment building.

A friend told Shannon she had copied flyers late Friday to try to inform people about Willis’ missing person case, before she found out about the discovery of the body.

“I was not expecting this,” said Shalisa Hager, his co-worker.

“I had flyers in my car, ready to go back out looking as I got off of work.”

Milwaukee Police Lieutenant Kenneth Grams updated Shannon on the investigation.

“We will proceed with conducting some interviews with some principal individuals that we have at the Milwaukee Police Department,” explained Grams.
