The New Madrid County Sheriff’s Department has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult.
Barbara Stoffer, 83, was last seen on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 5:18 P.M. in Howardville, MO. Stoffer is bipolar and suffers from depression.
She’s described as a white female, height 5’2”, 120 lbs, gray hair.
She’s driving a green 1997 Volvo 850 GLT bearing a Missouri plate 078RYW last seen on MO 61 southbound.

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the New Madrid County Sheriff’s Department at 573-748-2516.
